Shipping And Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as your order is placed, we connect with our factories to confirm lead time and the expected ship date. If there are any expected delays, we will promptly notify you via email.

Generally, our Noise Free Pods have a lead time of six to eight weeks from order placement to the ship date, contingent upon payment receipt and drawing confirmation. During peak seasons or for custom orders, these times may extend, and we will provide an updated ship date at the time of order placement. Please note that all charges for orders are processed upfront.

Cancelling an Order:

If you choose to cancel your order within 24 hours, the only charge incurred will be the 2.9% credit card processing fee (not applicable for wire or ACH payments). However, cancelling after the initial 24 hours will attract a minimum of 10% in administration and material fees, as our Noise Free Pods are made to order. Once the pods are confirmed or purchase agreement signed (typically within a week of purchase), cancellation will result in a 30% restocking fee (this may vary based on the custom nature of the project).

If a customer wants to cancel after Product Inspection Reports or tracking information has been provided, the restocking fee will be 40%, plus a 10% administration fee, totaling 50% in fees. In such instances, a maximum of 50% will be refunded, as Noise Free Pods custom-builds each unit per individual customer order.

Order Shipment:

Tracking information will be sent to your provided email address within 24 - 48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Some units are sent to a main depot before being loaded onto a truck, in which case, the shipping information will be provided directly from the shipping company. If you do not receive tracking information within the initial lead time provided, please reach out to us at Support@NoiseFreePods.com.

Shipping Delays:

As we rely on third-party shipping companies and sometimes freight forwarders to deliver our products, potential delays, damages, customs hold-ups, or paperwork lags at transloading facilities are beyond our control. While we empathize with the frustration delays can cause, it's important to understand that these factors are not indicative of our commitment to providing top-quality Noise Free Pods.

Pod Delivery to Residence:

For first-time freight shipment receivers, we offer guidance on what to expect. Your Noise Free Pod will arrive in a large truck and will need to be unloaded by you or someone appointed by you. It’s recommended to have tools like a crowbar, box cutter, and tin snips available to open the crate. You and another person should be able to unload the crate piece by piece in about 15-20 minutes. The driver is not obligated to assist with unloading.

Pod Delivery to Freight Terminal or Commercial Work Site:

Alternatively, your Noise Free Pod can be delivered to a nearby freight terminal, or directly to a commercial work site if facilities like a forklift and loading dock are available.

Damages:

Our Noise Free Pods are built to be durable. If you notice any damage upon receiving your pod, make a note of it when signing for delivery and send photos to Support@NoiseFreePods.com. We will handle the freight carrier claim and ensure you receive the necessary replacement parts at no cost.

Returns:

All returns must be preauthorized and sent to the correct warehouse address. Unauthorized returns or returns sent to incorrect addresses can delay or invalidate your refund.

Our standard model Noise Free Pods can be returned at no cost to you if they arrive damaged and cannot be repaired to new condition with new parts we supply for free. Returns of standard models for any other reason are subject up to a 30% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for paying return freight. Items must be in original packaging.

Custom orders, including color choices, added interior work, etc., or any pod that has been modified to fit a specific space are not returnable, as we are unable to resell them.

Refund and Chargeback Policy:

Please note that Noise Free Pods does not process refunds, chargebacks, or resales for any custom-sized, or modified pods. However, we offer a comprehensive compensation structure for any unforeseen circumstances during transit, as your satisfaction remains our top priority.
